Craig & his staff are amazing. I shopped & researched for months. We are thrilled with our shutters – most reasonable prices around but also best product around, solid very well made. Not flimsy like others. Their shutters are the only ones that are VOC free (no horrible plastic toxic smell). Only one I could find that made 4-inch shutters & no ugly view obstructing horizontal divider rail. Customer service was AMAZING – Craig (owner) is wonderful – patient and a pleasure to deal with; office staff also great, and installer (Mike) was thorough, detail oriented, got it done right the 1st time. Can't say enough about this Company. Don't bother shopping around … go directly to Craig @ Smart Shutter Canada – there is no comparison! I will definitely be a repeat customer.
